Wright Condition engineering and information technology students will take their best product displayed throughout a brand new showcase event.
The college’s annual Student Honours Ceremony follows at 4:30 p.m. within the Student Union Apollo Room. The school will recognize its top students, design teams, clubs and student-chosen teaching those who win.
The Senior Design Showcase will feature the very best projects produced by CECS students throughout Senior Design, a 2-semester capstone course. Students may have their projects displayed and will also be open to discuss the work they do and academic knowledge about site visitors.
Projects happen to be selected representing the college’s four departments: Biomedical, Industrial and Human Factors Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical and Materials Engineering.
The senior design projects allow CECS students to understand more about innovative concepts, design and research. All students collaborate with regional and local companies on their own projects, supplying them possibilities to operate on real-world problems and supply solutions.
“The students can have what they’ve learned at Wright Condition, how they’ve applied it and just what excellent achievements they’ve developed in their education, ” stated Sheryl Kent, director from the college’s Brandeberry Career Development Center.
